hydraulic Shear and folder.
BLKMA’s Duct line features with highly efficiency and automatic and also saves material. It
is very suitable for mass production of square duct manufacture.
The machine is controlled by computer with touch screen, This control system has loop
feedback system and achieves high manufacturing precision and stability.
2. Function and Application:
a. Cut metal from coil into sheets with designed length automatically.
b. Punch "c" "s" inserting cleat notch can be used with "C" cleat and "s" insert flange
machine.
Can be used with TDF flange machines and TDF connecting machines.
Notch can be used with angle iron flange or "Z" shape flange machine.
C. It can cut TDC angle and bend drive clip such as to make " "duct. It makes a whole duct
with pittsburgh angle connecting machine and drive clip flange. Length tolerance: ±0.5 mm.
Diagonal tolerance: ±0.8mm.
